Mao’s back with another of her delicious recipes, this time the delightful ‘Glutinous Rice Shaomai’. Traditional Cantonese Shaomai would usually be stuffed with meat and seafood, but Mao’s recipe today is made with glutinous rice. Delicious!
Ingredients: 300g glutinous rice, 2 spring onions, 1 carrot, 4 shiitake mushrooms, light soy sauce, salt, caster sugar.
